Abstract

The Expiration Control System is a application business and activity to controlling of goods to achieve the goal. Expiration Control System is a solution to provide ease in activities that exist in PT. XYZ. This control system which will be able to provide convenience for the company in processing data items that will soon expire. The data includes name, quantity of goods, and report. This Expiration Control System will provide information that will be used as guidance in any quick and precise decision making. Expiration Control System built in using FEFO (fist expired first out) algorithm, where goods that will soon expire will be the priority to come out. And the development model used is SDLC. Expiration Control System at PT. XYZ is designed with HTML, PHP, and MySQL that will be a reference in the delivery of goods. Keywords : expired products, applications, warehouse systems, companies. Sistem Kontrol Masa Kadaluarsa adalah aplikasi usaha dan kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan penyelengaraan kontrol barang untuk mencapai tujuan. Sistem Kontrol Masa Kadaluarsa merupakan sebuah solusi untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan kegiatan yang ada pada PT. XY. Dengan adanya sistem kontrol ini yang nantinya dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan pengolahan data barang yang akan segera kadaluarsa. Data tersebut meliputi data nama, jumlah barang, serta pembuatan laporan. Sistem Kontrol Masa Kadaluarsa ini akan memberikan informasi yang akan digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan yang dihasilkan dengan cepat dan tepat. Dalam Sistem Kontrol Masa Kadaluarsa yang dibangun dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan algoritma FEFO (fist expired first out), yaitu barang yang akan segera kadaluarsa akan menjadi prioritas barang yang akan keluar. Dan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model SDLC. Sistem Kontrol Masa Kadaluarsa pada PT. XYZ ini di rancang HTML, PHP, dan MySQL yang akan menjadi acuan dalam melakukan pengiriman barang.
