Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of transactional leadership and motivation on job satisfaction. The object of this research is employees of PT. Suzuki Finance Jakarta. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used was linear regression analysis in the form of SPSS Version 23. The results showed that partially the transactional and motivational leadership styles together had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Suzuki Finance Jakarta. Keywords: Transactional Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Suzuki Finance Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier dalam bentuk SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT.Suzuki Finance Jakarta.
