Abstract
Associated with network technology and internet, streaming technology itself helps people to better know that television service in Television Republic Indonesian itself is not only limited to National but also many television service area that is in Television Republic Indonesian is by using technology of Encoding and Decoding as process of ptrotokol Adaptive Bitrate Streaming. Encoding and Decoding itself as the sender and recipient of a result of the video in real time or file where the encoding as the sender and decoding as the recipient of the result of the video ouput it with Adaptive Bitrate Streaming protocols that exist in the streaming technology. And to find out how the network is qualified required QoS service quality parameters that include delay, jitter, packet loss and throughput. Tools used to measure these QoS parameters using Wireshark software. So with the design of streaming networks created then it can make the streams to be better and stable. Keywords : Video Streaming, Adaptive Bitrate, QoS, Encoding, Decoding Terkait dengan teknologi jaringan dan internet, teknologi streaming sendiri membantu orang agar lebih tahu bahwa layanan televisi di Televisi Republik Indonesia sendiri tidak hanya sebatas Nasional tetapi juga banyak layanan televisi daerah yang ada di Televisi Republik Indonesia itu tersebut dengan menggunakan teknologi Encoding dan Decoding sebagai proses ptrotokol Adaptive Bitrate Streaming. Encoding dan Decoding sendiri sebagai pengirim dan penerima suatu hasil dari video itu tersebut secara real time atau file yang dimana encoding sebagai pengirim dan decoding sebagai penerima hasil dari ouput video itu tersebut dengan protocol Adaptive Bitrate Streaming yang ada dalam teknologi streaming. Dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana jaringan yang memumpuni tersebut diperlukan parameter kualitas layanan QoS yang meliputi delay, jitter, packet loss dan throughput. Tools yang digunakan untuk mengukur parameter QoS ini menggunakan software Wireshark. Maka dengan rancangan jaringan streaming yang dibuat maka dapat membuat streaming menjadi lebih baik dan stabil.
