Abstract
SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang is a primary school which is also one of the educational institutions. In each school, there is absence and performance to record the performance and attendance list of the school staff. At the Attendance at SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang honor employees recorded their attendance on the attendance list book while for performance, the principal in the elementary school conducted a manual assessment in the monthly period. Therefore SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang requires a system of recording attendance and computerized performance appraisal well with PHP, Java and MySQL programming languages for data absence and performance if one day the required data does not take a long time to look for it. The system to be made at SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang run input and report the performance absences of honorarium employees. Attendance and performance reports can be used for monthly fee reporting to the Dinas Pendidikan. The system created for absenteeism and performance using the website and android. Keywords : Website, Absence, Performance, Android. SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang merupakan suatu sekolah dasar yang juga sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan. Pada setiap sekolah tentu terdapat absensi dan kinerja untuk mencatat kinerja dan daftar hadir dari pegawai sekolah tersebut. Pada tahap absensi di SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang pegawai honor melakukan pencatatan hadir mereka pada buku daftar hadir sedangkan untuk kinerja, kepala sekolah di sekolah dasar tersebut melakukan penilaian manual dalam jangka waktu perbulan. Oleh karena itu SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang memerlukan sebuah sistem pencatatan absensi dan penilaian kinerja yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Java dan databaseMySQL agar data absensi dan kinerja jika suatu saat data yang dibutuhkan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mencarinya. Sistem yang akan dibuat di SDN Meruya Utara 15 Petang menjalankan penginputan dan laporan absensi kinerja dari pegawai honor. Laporan absensi dan kinerja dapat digunakan untuk pelaporan pegawai honor perbulan pada Dinas Pendidikan. Sistem yang di buat untuk absensi dan kinerja menggunakan website dan android.
