Abstract
In the process of administering state losses in Ministry XXX, there are some arising issues such as case settlement before the stipulation stage, retired employee unable to complete their obligations on state losses, incorrect billing of state losses case due to data duplication, invalid state apparatus profile, and the inability for top executives to monitor the receivables management report at any time. In order to overcome this problem, a weighting algorithm in determining the order of trial of state loss cases is developed within an information system based on the retirement age variable, the potential value of state losses, the status of payment of the case and the length of time the case before the trial. Each of these variables is given weight according to a certain classification which then becomes the basis for determining the value of priority weight for the determination of the order of trial case. This research produces a state loss information system that can manage data of state loss cases and produce case trial order decision. Keywords : information system, state loss, weighting algorithm Dalam proses penatausahaan kasus kerugian negara di Kementerian XXX, terdapat permasalahan diantaranya kasus yang dilunasi sebelum tahapan penetapan, pegawai yang telah pensiun namun belum dapat menyelesaikan kasus kerugian negara, kesalahan penagihan kasus kerugian negara yang diakibatkan duplikasi data, profile aparatur sipil negara yang tidak valid, serta pimpinan tidak dapat memantau laporan pengelolaan piutang setiap saat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan pengembangan algoritma pembobotan dalam penentuan urutan sidang kasus kerugian negara berdasarkan variabel usia pensiun, nilai potensi kerugian negara, status pembayaran kasus dan lama waktu kasus sebelum disidangkan dalam sebuah sistem informasi. Setiap variabel tersebut diberikan bobot sesuai klasifikasi tertentu yang kemudian menjadi dasar penentuan nilai bobot prioritas untuk penentuan urutan sidang kasus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi kerugian negara yang dapat mengelola data kasus kerugian dan menghasilkan keputusan urutan sidang kasus.
