Abstract
Civil Servants as one of the factors driving the development of the nation are required to always be professional and have high competitiveness in order to survive in the current era of globalization. The purpose of this study to determine the Training, Motivation, and Work Discipline influences the Performance of the Staff of the Presidential Advisory Council Secretariat. Quantitative descriptive research type. Population of all employees of the Presidential Advisory Council Secretariat, Non-Probabilty Sampling with Purposive Sampling sampling techniques found a sample of 55 civil servants from all populations working in the Presidential Advisory Council Secretariat totaling 109 employees. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training, Motivation, and Work Discipline together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of the Staff of the Presidential Advisory Council Secretariat. Training, Motivation, and Work Discipline must always be carried out and maintained not only to improve employee performance but also to motivate employees to become professional and competent state servants. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagai salah satu faktor pendorong perkembangan bangsa dituntut untuk selalu professional dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi agar mampu bertahan dalam era globalisasi dewasa ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pelatihan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi seluruh pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probabilty Sampling dengan Purposive Sampling ditemukan sampel sebanyak 55 orang pegawai negeri sipil dari seluruh populasi yang bekerja di Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden berjumlah 109 orang pegawai. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden. Pelatihan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja harus selalu dilakukan dan dipertahankan tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai tetapi juga memotivasi pegawai untuk menjadi sebagai abdi negara yang profesional dan berkompeten.
