Abstract

Nowadays, the easier access to information through the smartphone. Supporting smartphones are now very fast growing with a variety of functions. One of them in the field of education, students can access biological materials using the internet but not simple and affective must be access one by one even though biology studies have a lot of material. The purpose of making this application for students to understand biology lessons more easily, effectively and fun. In this application there are many features that students can use to learn, which consist of material summaries, material videos, quiz work, and create ther own question. In the quiz work feature there is a Fisher-Yates ShuffleAlgorithm that serves to randomize the sequence of question so that when student do the quiz together it will not get the same question. In the feature for question, student will be trained creativity and ability to make a question. Keyword: Biology, Student. Saat ini semakin mudahnya akses untuk mencari informasi melalui smartphone. Penunjang smartphone pun kini sudah sangat berkembang sangat cepat dengan bermacam-macam fungsinya. Salah satunya dibidang pendidikan, siswa dapat mengakses materi biologi menggunakan internet namun tidak praktis dan efektif harus di akses satu per satu padahal pelajaran ilmu biologi memiliki banyak materi. Tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi ini untuk agar siswa dapat memahami pelajaran biologi dengan lebih mudah, efektif dan menyenangan. Pada aplikasi ini terdapat banyak fitur yang dapat digunakan siswa untuk belajar, yang terdiri dari ringkasan materi, video materi, mengerjakan kuis, dan membuat pertanyaan sendiri. Pada fitur mengerjakan kuis terdapat algoritma fisher-Yates shuffel yang berfungsi untuk mengacak urutan soal sehingga pada saat siswa mengerjakan kuis secara bersama-sama tidak akan mendapatkan soal yang sama. Pada fitur buat pertanyaan, siswa akan dilatih kreativitasnya dan kemampuannya dalam membuat soal. Kata kunci : biologi, siswa.
