Abstract
Title : The Study Of Flood In Ciliwung River Concern Rawa Jati District South Jakarta By HEC-RAS, Name : Ade Rahmadani, Nim : 41114010043, Skripsi Adviser : Ika Sari Damayanthi Sebayang, ST, MT. Year : 2018. The Ciliwung River is one of the most important rivers in Tatar Pasundan, Java - Indonesia, mainly because it passes through the capital city of DKI Jakarta and often causes annual flooding in its downstream region. Almost all regions of DKI Jakarta are flood-prone areas in view of the topography of DKI Jakarta which is in the lowlands. One of the areas passed by Ciliwung River is Rawa Jati Village, Pancoran Subdistrict, South Jakarta. Rawa Jati Village is one of the areas that is passed by the Ciliwung River. Therefore, it is necessary to study the flood water profile as a reference for flood mitigation in the Ciliwung River, especially in the Rawa Jati Village area of South Jakarta (STA 10 + 899,038 to 15 + 99,036). Data processing begins with the calculation of average rainfall, frequency analysis, then the distribution of hourly rain. The method of calculating flood discharge uses HSS Nakayasu, HSS Synder and HSS SCS. Rainfall data uses 3 rain observation stations for 10 years (2014-2017). In the frequency analysis used Gumbel distribution based on the results of Chi-Square data and the Kolmogorof Smirnov test. The calculation results of flood peak discharge design with HSS Nakayasu on the return period Q5 = 909.69 m3 / sec, Q10 = 997.286 m3 / sec, Q20 = 1092.91 m3 / sec, Q50 = 1209,023 m3 / sec, Q100 = 1296, 023 m3 / sec, for the peak flood discharge the HSS Synder design in the return period Q5 = 652,495 m3 / sec, Q10 = 715,915 m3 / det, Q20 = 783,977, m3 / det, Q50 = 867,302 m3 / sec, Q100 = 929,734 m3 / sec Meanwhile, the peak flood discharge of HSS SCS design at the return period Q5 = 557,684 m3 / sec, Q10 = 611,593m3 / sec, Q50 = 741,231 m3 / sec, Q100 = 794,577m3 / sec. The value of flood discharge design that approaches the value of flood discharge design that approaches the measured discharge value is HSS Nakayasu. The step continued using the HEC-RAS 5.1.0 software to find out the water level using Nakayasu debit. Stationing of the Ciliwung River in STA 10 + 899.038 to 15 + 99.036 cannot accommodate discharge plans for a 20-year return period, therefore there is a need to repair the river in the form of river normalization and embankment elevation. Sungai Ciliwung adalah salah satu sungai terpenting di Tatar Pasundan, Pulau Jawa-Indonesia, terutama karena melalui wilayah ibukota DKI Jakarta dan kerap menimbulkan banjir tahunan diwilayah hilirnya. Hampir diseluruh wilayah DKI Jakarta merupakan daerah yang rawan terhadap banjir mengingat kondisi topografi DKI Jakarta yang memang berada pada dataran rendah. Salah satu wilayah yang dilewati Sungai Ciliwung adalah Kelurahan Rawa Jati, Kecamatan Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan. Kelurahan Rawa Jati merupakan salah satu daerah yang dilewati Sungai Ciliwung. Oleh karena itu, butuh sebuah kajian profil muka air banjir sebagai acuan untuk mitigasi banjir di Sungai Ciliwung terutama dikawasan Kelurahan Rawa Jati Jakarta Selatan (STA 10+899.038 sampai dengan 15+99.036). Pengolahan data dimulai dengan perhitungan curah hujan rata-rata, analisis frekuensi, kemudian distribusi hujan jam-jaman. Metode perhitungan debit banjir menggunakan HSS Nakayasu, HSS Synder dan HSS SCS. Data Curah hujan menggunakan 3 stasiun pengamatan hujan selama 10 tahun (2008-2017). Pada analisis frekuensi digunakan distribusi Gumbel berdasarkan hasil uji kesusaian data Chi-Square dan Smirnov Kolmogorof. Hasil perhitungan debit puncak banjir rancangan dengan HSS Nakayasu pada periode ulang Q5 =909,69 m3/det, Q10 =997,286 m3/det, Q20 =1092,91 m3/det, Q50 =1209,023 m3/det, Q100 =1296,023 m3/det, Untuk debit puncak banjir rancangan HSS Synder pada periode ulang Q5 =652,495 m3/det, Q10 =715,915 m3/det, Q20 =783,977,m3/det, Q50 =867,302 m3/det, Q100 =929,734 m3/det, Sedangkan debit puncak banjir rancangan HSS SCS pada periode ulang Q5 =557,684 m3/det, Q10 =611,593m3/det, Q50 =741,231 m3/det, Q100 =794,577m3/det. Nilai debit banjir rancangan yang mendekati nilai debit terukur adalah HSS Nakayasu. Langkah dilanjutkan menggunakan software HEC-RAS 5.1.0 untuk mengetahui tinggi muka air menggunakan debit Nakayasu. Stasioning Sungai Ciliwung pada STA 10+899.038 sampai dengan 15+99.036 tidak dapat menampung debit rencana pada periode ulang 20 tahun oleh karenanya perlu adanya perbaikan sungai berupa normalisasi sungai dan peninggian tanggul.
