Abstract
This study aims to determine (ROA), fund saving ratio (FDR), and operational operational cost (BOPO) to profit growth of sharia commercial banks in year 2012-2016. The variables in this study consist of independent variable ROA (X1), FDR (X2), and BOPO (X3), and dependent variable Profit Growth (Y). The object of this research is financial report of audit result of sharia bank in the period 2012 until 2016. Design The research used is a causal research. With sample selection using purposive sampling, there were 8 samples of companies that fulfilled criteria and total 13 sharia commercial banks during the observation period. The results of this study indicate that while only partially Return on assets that have a positive and significant impact on profit growth. Thus the variable Financing Deposit Ratio and Operational Cost Operating Income does not significantly affect the profit growth. Keywords: ROA, FDR, BOPO, Profit Growth, securities company, Time Series, Data Panel, 2012, 201 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh return on asset (ROA), financing deposit ratio (FDR), dan biaya operasional pendapatan operasional (BOPO) terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada bank umum syariah periode 2012-2016. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen ROA (X1), FDR (X2), dan BOPO (X3), serta variabel dependen Pertumbuhan Laba (Y). Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan hasil audit bank umum syariah dalam kurun waktu 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling didapatkan 8 sampel perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total 13 bank umum syariah selama periode pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara Parsial hanya Return On Asset yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan pada variabel Financing Deposit Ratio dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.
