Abstract

This research is to know the influence of return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER) and total asset turnover (TATO) to share price at company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange retail trade sub-sector period 2013-2016. Sample selection in this study using purposive sampling method and got 9 companies in accordance with the criteria. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is common effect. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 54.97%. Partially indicated that variable return on asset (ROA) have positive and significant effect to stock price with regression coefficient equal to 28462.37. But the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) with regression coefficient of 74.16695 and total asset turnover (TATO) with regression coefficient of -72.17486 partially no effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan total asset turnover (TATO) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sub sektor perdagangan ritel periode 2013- 2016. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 9 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted RSquare sebesar 54.97%. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel return on asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 28462.37. Tetapi variabel debt to equity ratio (DER) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 74.16695 dan total asset turnover (TATO) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -72.17486 secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: harga saham, return on asset, debt to equity ratio dan total asset turnover.
