Abstract
The background of this research is that the part that plays an important role in achieving the goals of a company is human resources, namely employees. Companies will develop well if followed by high employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of OHS programs and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the productivity of employees of PT Citra Bina Maju Jaya screen printing section 3. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 60 screen printing 3 employees with likert measurement scale. In proving the hypothesis used correlation analysis test, determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, and significance test (t test and f test) with the help of IBM SPSS 23. The results of the study indicate that the variables of work safety and occupational health have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while compensation does not significantly influence employee productivity. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa bagian yang memegang peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia yaitu karyawan. Perusahaan akan berkembang baik apabila diikuti oleh produktivitas karyawan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program K3 dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Citra Bina Maju Jaya bagian sablon 3. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang karyawan bagian sablon 3 dengan skala pengukuran likert. Dalam membuktikan hipotesis digunakan uji analisis korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji signifikasi (uji t dan uji f) dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, sementara kompensasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
