Abstract
The rapid growth of population in Jakarta and the large number of people who transmigrate to Jakarta make land for homes more limited, because of this the government has made vertical home solutions. However, along with the rapid development of apartments, there are things that are considered trivial but the implementation is so important, namely Drainage. Rainfall is calculated by the normal log distribution formula and the Vanbreen method which produces rainfall intensity for the 10-year return period of 325.65 mm / day. The period of repeated rain 10 years based on the PU Minister's Regulation No. 12 / PRT / M2014, the return period of rain used for an area of 101-500 hectares in the Metropolitan city category. Calculation of flood discharge is done by rational method, and to get the most efficient dimension, debit calculation is done per segment. The largest flood discharge obtained was 0.851 m3 / second. With consideration of effectiveness and efficiency during the process of sloping the drainage channel following the existing contour and using precast concrete material, and obtained the dimensions of the channel with a circular shape with a diameter varying between 0.6-0.8 meter. Because the final channel in the drainage is a pipe of the city, then in this final project is planned infiltration well so that the water entering the city can be controlled with a capacity of 478 m3. Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Jakarta yang cukup pesat dan banyaknya penduduk yang melakukan transmigrasi ke Jakarta membuat lahan untuk rumah tinggal semakin mengalami keterbatasan, dikarenakan hal tersebut kemudian pemerintah membuat solusi rumah vertikal. Namun, seiring pembangunan apartemen yang semakin pesat, ada hal yang dianggap sepele namun dalam pelaksanaanya begitu penting yaitu Drainase. Curah hujan dihitung dengan rumus distribusi log normal dan metode Vanbreen yang menghasilkan intensitas curah hujan periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 325,65 mm/hari. Pengambilan periode ulang hujan 10 tahun berdasarkan Permen PU No.12/PRT/M2014 periode ulang hujan yang digunakan untuk kawasan dengan luasan 101-500 hektar dengan kategori kota Metropolitan. Perhitungan debit banjir dilakukan dengan metode rasional, dan untuk mendapatkan dimensi paling efisien perhitungan debit dilakukan per segmen. Debit banjir terbesar yang didapatkan adalah 0,851 m3/detik Dengan pertimbangan efektifitas dan efisiensi saat tahap pengerjaan kemiringan saluran drainase mengikuti kontur yang sudah ada serta menggunakan material beton pracetak, dan didapatkan dimensi saluran dengan bentuk lingkaran dengan diameter bervariasi antara 0,6-0,8 meter. Karena saluran akhir pada drainase adalah saluran kota, maka pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan sumur resapan agar air yang masuk ke saluran kota dapat terkontrol dengan kapasitas 478 m3.
