Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Location on Service Purchasing Interest. The research object is PT. Gematachta Utama located on Jalan Kebon Kacang V No. 45 Kebon Kacang Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This study was conducted on 40 respondents, using a quantitative descriptive approach, therefore the data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that the significance value of Service Quality variable is greater than the standard of significance, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality variable is influential, and insignificant to the Service Purchase Interest, while the variable significance value is smaller than the significance standard. Significant to the Service Purchase Interest, while the significance value of Location is smaller than the standard of significance, so it can be concluded that the location variable has a significant and significant impact on the Purchase Service Interest in PT. Gematachta Utama. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Location to the Buying Interest of Services at PT. Gematacha Utama Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Lokasi Terhadap Minat Beli Jasa. Objek Penelitian adalah PT.Gematachta Utama yang berlokasi di Jalan Kebon Kacang V No.45 Kebon Kacang Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel Kualitas Pelayanan lebih besar dari standar signifikansinya, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh, dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Jasa, sedangkan nilai signifikansi variabel Harga lebih kecil dari, standar signifikansinya sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Harga berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Jasa, sedangkan nilai signifikansi Lokasi lebih kecil dari standar signifikansinya, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Lokasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Jasa di PT.Gematachta Utama.
