Abstract

This research is to know the influence of debt ratio and net profit margin to stock price. The data used using secondary data sourced from the financial statements of construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2007-2016. Its population is 5 construction company that is PT. Adhi Karya, PT Nusa Construction Enjiniring, PT. Surya Semesta Internusa, PT. Total Bangun Persada, PT. Wijaya Karya, with the total ampel total population. The analytical method used by panel data regression by Eviews 9 software aid. The result of this research shows that the DR ratios influential and significant to stock price, NPM and ROE have no effect on stock price. Keywords: Stock Prices, Debt Ratio (DR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Retur On Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari debt ratio dan net profit margin terhadap harga saham. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2007-2016. Populasinya adalah 5 perusahaan konstruksi yaitu PT. Adhi Karya, PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring, PT. Surya Semesta Internusa, PT. Total Bangun Persada, PT. Wijaya Karya, dengan ampel keseluruan jumlah populasi. Metode analisi yang digunakan regresi data panel oleh bantuan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rasio DR berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, NPM dan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : Harga Saham, Debt Ratio (DR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Equity (ROE).
