Abstract
This research is to know the Influence of Motivation and Compensation on Teacher performance in SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA BARAT located at Jalan Kedoya Raya West Jakarta, Number of employees in SMA 57 Jakarta is 51 people consisting of 40 lecturers and 11 assistant staff in school activities, and Analysis is in use is Statistical analysis in the form of Multiple Linear Regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, Motivation Variables have a positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance in SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA, But Compensation has a negative but not significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA. This is proven from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and Partial Test results (T test) also shows significant value of one of the independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja Guru di SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA BARAT yang terletak di Jalan Kedoya Raya Jakarta barat, Jumlah karyawan di SMA Negeri 57 jakarta berjumlah 51 orang yang terdiri dari 40 tenaga pengajar dan 11 staff pembantu dalam kegiatan sekolah, dan Analisis yang di gunakan adalah Analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA, Tetapi Kompensasi berpengaruh Negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA NEGERI 57 JAKARTA. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja.
