Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect work load, motivation and turnover intention on turnover intention at PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA. The object for this research is all employees at PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA. This research was done to 100 respondents by using causal design. The sampling technique using saturation sampling which all the population part are used. Data analysis used is double linear regression and processed by the program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, work load style variables have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, motivation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and incentive have positive and significant impact on turnover intention. in PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA It has been proven from the result of (F) simoultant test and the result of (T) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that suports hipothesys. The fore, the accepted assumption is, there is work load, motivation, and incentive to turnover intention in PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA. Keywords:Work Load, Motivation, Incentive, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi dan insentif terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan desain kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variable Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji T) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variable Beban Kerja, Motivasi dan Insentif terhadap Turnover Intention PT. MEGATAMA MANDIRI JAKARTA. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Motivasi, Insentif, Turnover Intention.
