Abstract

This research is to know the influence of work discipline, work stress and compensation to the performance of the driver Money Distribution Division of Bank Indonesia. The object of this research is the driver of PT. Dapensi Trio Usaha working in Bank Indonesia located in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 45 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, work stress and compensation affect the performance of drivers of Bank Indonesia Money Distribution. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also showed significant value of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: work discipline, work stress, compensation, performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pengemudi Divisi Distribusi Uang Bank Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengemudi PT. Dapensi Trio Usaha yang bekerja di Bank Indonesia Divisi Distribusi Uang yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel disiplin kerja, stress kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Divisi Distribusi Uang Bank Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotessa. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, stress kerja, kompensasi, kinerja
