Abstract
Due to the rapid development of technology, the higher demands of internet network users who want a form of network that can provide maximum results are increasing. In this case, Routing is one of the key components of the network infrastructure on the Internet today, but routing performance on the router will increasingly burden the performance of the router. Consequently, the researchers need the addition of network scenario or management for backbone that has been built. In this case, the researchers compare the addition of VLAN Management scenarios on the Dijkstra’s routing algorithm (OSPF) with VPLS Management over MPLS on the Dijkstra’s algorithm (OSPF) and analyze with Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. The addition of VPLS management over MPLS management scenario gives a significant effect. As it is seen from the result of the parameter value of QoS in video conference service that it can reduce packet loss, delay and jitter only at the start or at the first time of packet loss test until it reaches 0.20%, delay 2.0583ms, jitter 2.058ms but always up on the next test. Meanwhile, the Network Scenario of VLAN Management addition on Dijkstra’s Routing Algorithm has a throughput value up to 65%, packet loss up to 0.20%, as well as has a very stable delay and jitter.

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin tinggi tingkat permintaan dan menyimpan jumlah pengguna jaringan internet yang menginginkan suatu bentuk jaringan yang dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Dalam hal ini Routing adalah salah satu komponen kunci dari infrastruktur jaringan di Internet saat ini, namun kinerja routing pada router akan semakin memberatkan kinerja router. Untuk itu perlu adanya penambahan network scenario atau manajemen untuk backbone yang telah di bangun. Disini penulis akan membandingkan penambahan skenario Manajemen VLAN pada algoritma routing Dijkstra (OSPF) dengan Manajemen VPLS Over MPLS pada algoritma routing Dijkstra (OSPF) dan akan di analisa dengan parameter Quality of Service (QoS). Penambahan skenario manajemen VPLS over MPLS memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Dilihat dari hasil nilai parameter QoS dalam layanan video confrence yaitu mampu mengurangi packet loss, delay dan jitter hanya pada saat start atau pada saat uji pertama uji packet loss hingga 0,20%, delay 2.0583ms, jitter 2.058ms namun selalu naik pada pengujian berikutnya. Sedangkan Network skenario penambahan Manajemen VLAN pada Algoritma Routing Dijkstra memiliki nilai throughput sampai 65%, packet loss dengan 0,20%, serta delay dan jitter yang sangat stabil.
