Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction partially to organizational commitment to the Employees of One Stop Service Agency of Jakarta Provincial Government. Type of Descriptive Quantitative research, Research population of all employees of Integrated Service Agency One Pintu Pemrov DKI with probability / non probability sampling technique with proportional random sampling, data analysis with multiple liniear regression and descriptive analysis. The results of the research on the Integrated Service Agency of Satu Pintu Pemrov DKI shows that the influence of Compensation, Organizational culture, and Job Satisfaction are partially positively and significantly affect the Organizational Commitment. In the inter-dimensional correlation test, it is found that the dimension of person / human resources on the variable of compensation influence becomes the most dominant factor to the conceptual ability dimension on employee performance variable, the orientation dimension to the person on the organizational culture variable becomes the most dominant factor toward the conceptual ability dimension job satisfaction, and intrinsic dimension of job satisfaction on job satisfaction variable become the most dominant factor toward conceptual ability dimension on organizational commitment variable. The company should pay more attention and improve matters concerning the welfare of employees, promotion and team work. Keywords: Commitment of Compensation, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Pegawai Badan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Pemrov DKI. Jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif , Populasi penelitian seluruh Pegawai Badan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Pemrov DKI dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability/non probability dengan proportional random sampling,analisis data dengan regresi liniear berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada Badan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Pemrov DKI menunjukan bahwa variabel Pengaruh Kompensasii, budaya organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi . Dalam uji korelasi antar dimensi didapatkan hasil bahwa dimensi orang/sumber daya manusia pada variabel pengaruh kompensasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel kinerja karyawan, dimensi orientasi terhadap orang pada variabel budaya organisasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel kepuasan kerja, dan dimensi intrinsik kepuasan kerja pada variabel kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel komitmen organisasi. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan hal-hal yang menyangkut kesejahteraan Pegawai, promosi maupun team work. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kompensasi , Budaya Organisasi, kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi.
