Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of variables Compensation, Motivation and Career Level simultaneously and partially to the performance of employees of PT. Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories. The research design using explanative research method where the study of causality is a study showing the direction of the relationship between independent variables with dependent variables, in addition to measuring the strength of the relationship (Kuncoro, 2015). A 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire was used as an instrument to obtain data. Instrument test is done by using Validity test and Reliability test, while Classic Assumption Test is done by Normality Test, Heteroskedasitity Test and Multicolinearity Test. The population in this study are employees who work on PT.Galenium Pharmasia Laboratoreis, which amounted to 356 of employees with Permanent status and Contract status. To determine the size of the sample to be studied is used slovin formula (Sevilla, Consuelo G. et al, 2007). The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result of regression is Y = 0.057 + 0.361 X1 + 0.292 X2 + 0.311 X3. The largest contribution to the performance variable is the compensation variable of 0.361. Regression model in this research is able to explain that the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Career Level on employee performance equal to 77.5%, the rest of 22.5% explained by other variable not observed in this research. From the results of this study can be attempted to improve the performance of employees of PT.Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories by applying objective personal assessment program, improvement and encouragement of employee motivation by management, Implementation of e-learning or online-based training and implement long-term program for development employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Jenjang Karir secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksplanatif dimana studi kausalitas merupakan penelitian yang menunjukkan arah hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat, disamping mengukur kekuatan hubungannya (Kuncoro, 2015). Kuesioner skala Likert 1-5 digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk memperoleh data. Uji instrument dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas, sementara Uji Asumsi Klasik dilakukan dengan Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedasititas dan Uji Multikolinearitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang bekerja pada PT.Galenium Pharmasia Laboratoreis, yang berjumlah 356 yaitu karyawan dengan status Tetap dan status Kontrak. Untuk menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel yang akan diteliti digunakan rumus slovin (Sevilla, Consuelo G. et. al, 2007). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y= 0.057 + 0.361 X1 + 0.292 X2 + 0.311 X3. Diperoleh hasil sumbangan terbesar terhadap variabel kinerja adalah variabel kompensasi sebesar 0.361. Model regresi pada penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Jenjang Karir terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 77.5%, sisanya sebesar 22.5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diupayakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT.Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories dengan cara penerapan personal assessment program yang bersifat obyektif, peningkatan dan dorongan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan oleh manajemen, Penerapan e-learning atau pelatihan berbasis online dan melaksanakan program jangka panjang untuk pengembangan karyawan.
