Abstract

Publishers-Subscribers and RESTful Service methods are intended to increase the security of e-health systems from denial-of-service attacks. Publishers-subscribers mechanism consists of a server that beside acts as health data Subscriber from Personal Device also responsible to authenticates user, receives request and sends the data also acts as a webservice provider in which Client Puzzles process is implemented with the hashcash method. Once DoS attacks simulation and analysis are done which carried out by blackbox method and server log data monitoring, the results showed that the performance of servers increased by 300%-400% of normal performance due to Denial-of-Service. Iotivity Server and RESTful Service Server can continue to run normally and the data requested by the client can appear as though the server performance increases but the cpu usage on the Iotivity server average by 80.4% and the use of the CPU on the RESTful Service server average by 40.5% of normal server performance. Keywords: Denial-of-Service, E-Health, Publishers-Subscribers, RESTFul Service, WBAN, Iotivity Saat ini kebutuhan internet semakin besar dan kemudahan mengakses jaringan internet menimbulkan adanya konsep IoT (Internet of Things) dan IoTivity adalah sebuah proyek open source project yang mengembangkan spesifikasi dan sertifikasi program standar untuk mengaktifkan IoT dengan menggunakan Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) sebagai teknologi dalam implementasi aplikasi-aplikasi medis. Wireless Body Area Network dalam aplikasi kesehatan rentan terhadap serangan ketersediaan jaringan yaitu Denial-of- Service sehingga atas dasar inilah dilakukan analisa serangan DoS terhadap EHealth WBAN dan implementasi solusi pertahanan dengan menggunakan mekanisme Publishers-Subcribers dan RESTFul Service. Metode Publishers-Subscribers dan RESTFul Service ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengamanan sistem e-health dari serangan denial-of-service. Mekanisme Publishers-subcribers terdiri dari server yang selain bertanggung jawab sebagai Subscriber data kesehatan dari Personal Device juga berfungsi melakukan otentikasi user, menerima permintaan dan mengirimkan data juga bertindak sebagai webservice provider yang di dalamnya diimplementasikan proses Client Puzzles dengan metode HashCash. Setelah analisa serangan DoS dilakukan dan simulasi dilakukan dengan metode blackbox dan pemantauan data log server, hasil yang didapatkan adalah kinerja server meningkat 300%-400% dari kinerja normal karena adanya serangan Denial-of-Service. Server Iotivity dan Server RESTful Service tetap dapat berjalan dengan normal dan data yang diminta oleh Client tetap dapat ditampilkan walau pun kinerja server meningkat tetapi kapasitas penggunaan cpu pada server Iotivity rata-rata sebesar 80.4% dan penggunaan cpu pada server RESTful Service rata-rata sebesar 40.5% dari kinerja server normal.
