Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the implementation of IoT in the industrial world where all the production data must be up to date and can be monitored at any time (in real time), in general the report is done manually by the operator and the manual is written there is a lot of difference if the data is at the end of the year or a certain time is collected. In this final project, it is realized how to retrieve data from a production scale machine and display data in real time with a small data transfer rate of 1 second to be monitored by the state of production from input (raw sugar to sugar finished / finish good). This uses Raspberry Pi as hardware and red nodes. As a result, achieved in realizing this equipment, each Production, Engineering and SCM operator will get real time raw data that will be processed according to the need for the party's analysis. This is the development of 4.0 revolution and also the implementation of IoT. It is hoped that this thesis can facilitate monitoring, analysis and maintenance in every company. Keywords : Raspberry Pi, Red Node, MQTT (Programmable Logic Controller), Refined Sugar Mill, Chronos and Metler Transmitter Toledo Scales, Timeviwer, Network Communication Pada Era Revolusi industri 4.0 dan Penerapan IoT pada dunia industri di mana semua data report Produksi di haruskan up date dan dapat di monitoring kapan saja ( Real time ) ,Pada umumnya report di lakukan manual oleh operator dan di tulis manual hal ini banyak terdapat selisih atau perbedaan jika data tersebut di akhir tahun atau waktu tertentu di kumpulkan. Pada Tugas akhir ini direalisasikan bagaimana cara pengambilan data dari suatu mesin produksi timbangan dan bisa menampilkan data secara Real Time dengan kecepatan transfer data kecil dari 1 detik untuk di monitoring keadaan produksi dari input ( Raw sugar sampai ke gula Jadi / Finish Good ).Pada percobaan ini menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai perangkat keras dan Node red Sebagai Hasil yang dicapai dalam merealisasikan peralatan ini adalah setiap operator Produksi , Engineering dan SCM akan mendapatkan data mentah yang Real time yang akan di olah menurut kebutuhan untuk analisa pihak tersebut. hal tersbut merupakan salah satu pengembangan di revolusi 4.0 dan juga penerapan IoT.Diharapkan dengan adanya skripsi ini dapat memudahkan dalam Monitoring , analisa dan juga perawatan di setiap perusahaan.. Kata kunci : Raspberry Pi, Node Red , MQTT ( Programmable Logic Controller),Pabrik Gula Rafinasi,,Transmitter Timbangan Chronos dan Metler Toledo , Timeviwer, Network Communication.
