Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see correlation of subjective well being and resilience with work life balance The subject of the research were the last year college student employees in Mercu Buana University Menteng. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with amount of 156 respondents. The scale consist of 24 statement with reliability on the scale of subjective well-being consist 23 statement of resilience scale and the last is the work life balance consist of 17 statement. this research contains coefficient correlation r = -0,83 and signification of 0,304 that state there is no correlation between subjective well being with work life balance..the resilience coefficient correlation r = 0,98 dan signification of 0,221 that states there is no correlation between resilience with work life balance. However, coefficient correlation r = 0,459 and signification of 0,000 that state there is positive correlation and significant between subjective well being with dimension of work life balance enchancement. coefficient correlation r = 0,457 and signification of 0,000 that state there is correlation between resilience with dimension of work life balance enchancement. Keyword : Subjective Well-Being, Resiliensi, Work-Life Balance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ada nya Hubungan Subjective Well-Being Dan Resiliensi Dengan Work-Life Balance. Subjek yang diteliti adalah Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Kelas Karyawan Mercu Buana Menteng. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 156 responden. alat ukur subjective well-being terdiri dari 24 butir pernyataan dan alat ukur resiliensi terdiri dari 23 butir pernyataan serta alat ukur work life balance terdiri dari 17 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas pada skala subjective well-being sebesar 0,915 dan skala resiliensi sebesar 0,872 dan skala work-life balance sebesar 0.831. Hasil Penelitian ini memiliki nilai dan koefisien korelasi r = -0,83 dan signifikansi senilai 0,304 yang menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan antara subjective well being dengan work life balance. koefisien korelasi r = 0,98 dan signifikansi senilai 0,221 yang menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work life balance. Namun untuk nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,457 dan signifikansi senilai 0,000 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara subjective well-being dengan work life balance. koefisien korelasi r = 0,459 dan signifikansi senilai 0,000 yang menunjukan ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara resiliensi dengan Dimensi Work-Life Balance Enchancement. Kata Kunci : Subjective Well-Being, Resiliensi, Work-Life Balance.
