Abstract

Deep tire is a waste that is difficult to be reprocessed, while the one who manage only as a craft only. The product from the tire waste material is already there but very little and needs to be explored when the product from the waste material in the tire is in great demand by westerners. Development of the existing potential in the community in terms of technology management and capital so as to produce exceptional product results for improving living standards. The existence and role of the inner tire industry continues to increase along with the increasing number of land vehicles, resulting in large amounts of waste and the lack of utilization of inner tires to become valuable goods. Therefore, it needs to be made a product innovation in order to utilize the tire waste in the increasingly widespread, especially in case studies in Bandung has a large enough volume. While the use of the focus on the theme of Frame bag products, namely a bike bag as well as a backpack. Keywords: Inside tire, Waste tire, Frame bag, Bag. Ban dalam adalah dalam merupakan suatu limbah yang sulit untuk diolah kembali, adapun yang mengelolah hanya sebagai kerajinan tangan saja. Produk dari bahan limbah ban dalam memang sudah ada namun sangat sedikit dan perlu dieksplore padahal produknya dari bahan limbah ban dalam sangat diminati oleh orang barat. Pengembangan potensi yang ada di masyarakat dalam hal teknologi manajemen dan permodalan sehingga mampu menghasilkan produk yang luar biasa hasilnya bagi peningkatan taraf hidup. Keberadaan dan peran industry ban dalam pun dewasa ini terus meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan darat, sehingga menghasilkan limbah dalam jumlah besar dan kurangnya upaya pemanfaatan ban dalam untuk menjadi barang yang bernilai. Oleh karena hal tersebut, perlu dibuat sebuah inovasi produk guna sebagai pemanfaatan limbah ban dalam yang makin marak, khususnya pada studi kasus di Bandung memiliki volume cukup besar. Sedangkan pemanfaatannya yaitu fokus pada tema produk Frame bag, yaitu tas sepeda sekaligus berfungsi sebagai tas ransel. Kata Kunci: Ban dalam bekas, Limbah ban, Frame bag, Tas
