Abstract
This study was examine the effect of grit and job crafting to work engagement on aviation security in angkasa pura II. Total sample is 450 among Aviation security and work in Bandara Internasional Soekarno – Hatta were taken by purposive sampling technique. The entire measuring instruments used in this study using Likert scale models. Measuring instruments used in this study is the Utrecht Work Engagement 9 Scale to measure work engagement, Grit 12 Scale to measure grit, and Job Crafting Scale to measure job crafting. To test our hypothesis using linearity test and multiple regression on SPSS 20.0 on windows. The result of Grit R-square f 0,286, shows that Grit and Job Crafting give 28,6% influence on work engagement. Based on research, Grit and Job Crafting are considered to be antecedents of work engagement. Keywords : Grit, Job Crafting, and Work Engagement Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh grit dan job crafting terhadap work engagement pada Aviation Security di Angkasa Pura II. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Aviation Security dan bekerja di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 450 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh alat ukur yang digunakan menggunakn skala model Likert. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Utrecht Work Engagement 9 Scale untuk mengukur work engagement, Grit 12 Scale untuk mengukur grit, and Job Crafting Scale untuk mengukur job crafting. Analisis liniear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda pada software SPSSS 20.0 for windows digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil R-square sebesar 0,286, memperlihatkan bahwa grit dan job crafting memberikan pengaruh sebesar 28,6% terhadap work engagement. Berdasarkan penelitian, grit dan job crafting dapat menjadi anteseden dari work engagement. Kata kunci : Grit, Job Crafting, dan Work Engagement
