Abstract

Section Jianling Rojianstra Sops Polri is an organizational unit below Rojianstra Sops. with one of its duties, ie to conduct assessment for monitoring of vulnerability in border areas and outer islands located in every part of Indonesia, such as conventional prone, transnational disadvantages of state property. Information is very important for Bag Jianling Rojianstra because it is used as a supporter in decision making for high up Police officer. Information is the result of a diverse data process that has been in the form of a report according to user demand. Errors of information obtained result in errors in decision making. On section Jianling Rojianstra, information systems needed by section Jianling employees to facilitate in managing and monitoring the potential social conflict vulnerability, to get information quickly, effective and actual. The information system should be able to provide easiness in monitoring and presents a report capable of providing information that has a high efficiency for section Jianling Rojianstra whenever needed. The results of designing information systems monitoring the potential social conflict vulnerability of web-based conflict is able to provide solutions in overcoming problems existing in the previous system. The design of this information system displays the presentation of reports in the form of visual graphics and PDF, in addition to storing the data the system is already in a centralized database. In the process of designing, it takes a tool in modeling the diagram UML, Object-based modeling (Objek Oriented Technology-OOT). By using UML diagram will be clearly illustrated function and purpose of this information system. Keywords: Information System Design, Monitoring, UML, Information, Report. Bag Jianling Rojianstra Sops Polri merupakan satuan organisasi di bawah Rojianstra Sops. Dengan salah satu tugasnya, yaitu melakukan pengkajian untuk monitoring adanya kerawanan di wilayah-wilayah perbatasan dan pulau-pulau terluar yang berada di setiap wilayah Indonesia, seperti rawan konvensional, transnasional yang merugikan kekayaan negara. Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi Bag Jianling Rojianstra karena di gunakan sebagai pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan. Informasi merupakan hasil proses data beragam yang telah di bentuk menjadi laporan sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna. Kesalahan informasi yang di peroleh mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi pimpinan tinggi Polri. Pada Bag Jianling Rojianstra, sistem informasi di butuhkan oleh pegawai bagjianling untuk mempermudah dalam mengelola dan monitoring potensi kerawanan konflik sosial, guna mendapatkan informasi secara cepat, efektif dan aktual. Sistem Informasi tersebut harus dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam memonitoring dan menyajikan laporan yang mampu memberikan informasi yang memiliki daya guna yang tinggi bagi bagjianling Rojianstra kapanpun di butuhkan. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi monitoring potensi kerawanan konflik sosial berbasis web ini mampu memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada sistem sebelumnya. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menampilkan penyajian laporan berupa visual grafik dan PDF, selain itu dalam menyimpan datanya sistem tersebut sudah dalam sebuah database terpusat. Dalam proses perancangannya, dibutuhkan sebuah alat bantu dalam memodelkan yaitu diagram UML, Permodelan berbasiskan Objek (Objek Oriented Technology-OOT). Dengan menggunakan diagram UML akan tergambar jelas fungsi dan tujuan sistem informasi ini. Kata kunci: Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Monitoring , UML, Informasi, Laporan.
