Abstract

ABSTRAK PT XYZ yang saat ini menggunakan jasa taxi Bluebird dengan sistem pembayaran menggunakan credit voucher. Dalam proses penggunaan credit voucher taxi Bluebird, PT XYZ memiliki sistem request dan pencatatan nomor seri barcode secara manual menggunakan secarik kertas pada saat serah terima credit voucher taxi Bluebird dengan staf PT XYZ, hal ini sangat rawan terjadi kesalahan penulisan yang menyebabkan kurangnya akurasi data. Dengan memanfaatkan kamera smartphone untuk membaca kode batang (barcode) yang ada pada credit voucher taxi Bluebird yang dijalankan pada aplikasi pengelolaan barcode credit voucher taxi Bluebird pada PT XYZ ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses pencatatan untuk memiminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan nomor seri barcode, serta supaya lebih efisien dan akurat. Selain itu dengan aplikasi pengelolaan barcode credit voucher taxi Bluebird ini diharapkan juga dapat mempermudah pencocokan data penggunaan dan sistem pelaporannya. Kata Kunci: Barcode, pengelolaan, android, smartphone. ABSTRACT PT XYZ, which currently uses the Bluebird taxi services credit vouchers payment system. In the process of using the Bluebird taxi credit voucher, PT XYZ has a system of requests and recording of barcode serial number manually using a piece of paper to handover of Bluebird taxi credit voucher with PT XYZ staff, it is very prone to error writing that causes lack of accuracy of data. By utilizing the smartphone camera to read barcode on Bluebird taxi credit voucher that runs on the barcode management of Bluebird taxi credit voucher at PT XYZ is expected to help the recording process to minimize the error of recording the barcode serial number, and to be more efficient and accurate. In addition, the application of barcode management of Bluebird taxi credit vouchers is also expected to facilitate the matching of usage data and reporting system.
