Abstract
Flat Foot or flat feet are not their arch in the soles of the feet. Many factors contribute to the flat foot that is internal and external factors, internal factors which are factors for congenital birth (congenital), while external factors, namely because obtained such an injury (trauma), pregnancy and disease. The authors reviewform an effective exercise equipment for people with flat foot and functions of sports equipment to strengthen the leg muscles in people with flat foot, by doing research on people with flat foot and a physiotherapist. To summarize shapes and sizes can be seen from a few examples of the patient's feet flat foot. This is done in order to designing exercise equipment for people with flat foot. From the research that is done, it can be concluded that people with flat foot requires special attention. The sports equipment for people with flat foot still is in the interest, especially sports equipment for people with flat foot that can cover all the needs of a penerita flat foot. Keywords: exercise equipment, flat foot, Physiotherapy, flat feet Flat Foot atau kaki datar yaitu tidak adanya arkus (lengkungan) pada telapak kaki. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya flat foot yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, dimana faktor internal ini merupakan faktor karena bawaan lahir (congenital), sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu karena didapat seperti cedera (trauma), kehamilan dan penyakit. Penulis meninjau bentuk alat olahraga yang efektif untuk penderita flat foot dan fungsi alat olahraga yang dapat menguatkan otot kaki pada penderita flat foot, dengan cara melakukan riset terhadap penderita flat foot dan seorang fisioterapi. Untuk merangkum bentuk dan ukuran dapat di lihat dari beberapa contoh dari kaki penderita flat foot. Hal ini di lakukan dalam rangka untuk perancangan desain alat olahraga untuk penderita flat foot. Dari hasil penelitian yang di lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penderita flat foot memerlukan perhatian yang khusus. Alat olahraga ini untuk penderita flat foot masih sangat di minati, terutama alat olahraga untuk penderita flat foot yang dapat mencakup semua kebutuhan seorang penerita flat foot.
