Abstract

Work safety is a very important factor in achieving the objectives of the project objectives. Maximum results in cost performance, quality and time are meaningless if the safety level is neglected. Along with the development of technology in construction appears innovation in the form of perimeter protection system structure using RCS-B façade protection. PT. Total Bangun Persada is one of the contractors implementing this innovation in order to improve the safety of the Millennium Village project. Problems that exist in this research is still the occurrence of accidents in the form of material fall from height. The objective of this research is to know how to operate RCS-B façade protection and to know what factors influence the safety level of RCS-B façade protection applied to Millennium Village project. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software for data processing. The method used to measure the level of safety and its effects is brainstorming or interviewing to experts, then to analyze data using SPSS software. From the results of this study, there are four most significant sources of influence from 24 sources to the safety level, so it must be prioritized first to be evaluated and made improvements to improve the safety of the use of RCS-B façade protection on the Millennium Village project. Keywords: Safety, RCS-B façade protection, SPSS Keselamatan kerja merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam pencapaian sasaran tujuan proyek. Hasil yang maksimal dalam kinerja biaya, mutu dan waktu tidak ada artinya bila tingkat keselamatan kerja terabaikan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dalam konstruksi munculah inovasi berupa system proteksi perimeter struktur menggunakan RCS-B façade protection. PT. Total Bangun Persada merupakan salah satu kontraktor yang menerapkan inovasi ini guna untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja pada proyek Millenium Village. Permasalahan yang ada dalam penelitian ini masih terjadinya kecelakaan kerja berupa material jatuh dari ketinggian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengoperasian RCS-B façade protection serta mengetahui faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi tingkat keselamatan kerja dari penggunaan RCS-B façade protection yang diterapkan pada proyek Millennium Village. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS untuk pengolahan data. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keselamatan dan pengaruhnya adalah brainstorming atau wawancara kepada pakar, kemudian untuk menganalisa data menggunakan software SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat 4 sumber paling signifikan pengaruhnya dari 24 sumber terhadap tingkat keselamatan, sehingga harus mendapatkan prioritas terlebih dahulu untuk dievaluasi dan dilakukan perbaikan untuk menigkatkan keselamatan kerja penggunaan RCS-B façade protection pada proyek Millennium Village.
