Abstract
Event Organizer Zulia Organizer is one of the business field that is one of the business field that is engaged in the world of event service providers. The process of registration and ordering of prospective customers in Event Organizer Zulia Organizer is still relting on the direct record of consumer document, registration and ordering process like this sometimes takes quite a long time and not infrequently mixed consumer document, it makes the document becomes chaotic and so slow in the process booking. In order to simplify the process of providing information and services to prosperctive customers, a web-based computerized system is needed to improve the effectiveness of Event Organizer services for users and related environments in order to prodeuce fast, precise and accurate information. The system designed is information systems consultation and web-based event booking, built system presented online in order to provide maximum service and information to satisfy and provide convenience to the customers. Keywords: Information system, Web, Event organizer Event Organizer Zulia Organizer merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang bergerak dalam dunia penyedia jasa event. proses pendaftaran dan pemesanan calon konsumen di Event Organizer Zulia Organizer ini masih mengandalkan pencatatan langsung data konsumen, proses pendaftaran dan pemesanan seperti ini terkadang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak jarang data konsumen tertukar, hal ini membuat pendataan nya menjadi kacau dan jadi lambat dalam proses pemesanan. Agar mempermudah dalam proses pemberian informasi dan pelayanan terhadap calon pelanggan, dibutuhkan sistem komputerisasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan Event Organizer bagi pengguna dan lingkungan terkait agar menghasilkan informasi yang cepat,tepat dan akurat. Sistem yang dirancang adalah sistem informasi konsultasi dan pemesanan event berbasis web, sistem yang dibangun disajikan secara online agar dapat memberikan pelayanan dan informasi yang maksimal untuk memuaskan dan memberi kenyamanan kepada para pelanggan.
