Abstract

The benda subdistrict office is the government agency that conducts community service in the region of benda subdistrict. Practice in accepting the complaint from citizens during this time done in a meet directly. Residents talk face to face in delivering its complaint, and for access to development information and activities not yet fully accessible to citizens. The method used in this application is waterfall, accompanied by Analysis of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and tested by blackbox testing method. Programming language used is PHP and MySql as database. So with this information system the benda subdistrict office can serve complaints online. And citizens can make complaints online and get access to information about activities and development of his region. Keywords: Complaint, Information System, Web. Kantor kecamatan benda merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang melakukan pelayanan masyarakat di wilayah kecamatan benda. Penerapan dalam menerima aduan dari warga selama ini dilakukan secara bertemu langsung, warga bicara tatap muka dalam menyampaikan aduannya dan untuk akses informasi pembangunan dan kegiatan belum sepenuhnya dapat diakses secara luas oleh warga. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall, disertai dengan analisis UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan di uji dengan metode blackbox testing. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Sehingga dengan sistem informasi ini kantor kecamatan benda dapat melayani pengaduan secara online. Dan warga dapat melakukan pengaduannya secara online serta memperoleh akses informasi mengenai kegiatan dan pembangunan diwilayahnya. Kata Kunci : Pengaduan, Sistem Informasi, Web
