Abstract

Installation of medical gas is one of the supporting device in health care at the Hospital. The central gas system uses a central gas cylinders with a capacity of 2x the number of cylindersthat can be installed (eg 1 side of 8 cylinders, then declared capacity of 2x8 cylinders), threaded system with double row (two wings) to work in turns.The principle of the central medical gas is giving the supply pressure gas into the room that using central gas installation with a specific pressure. Central gas previously had been designed using the indicators of several LED indicators,green means the block is in use , while the red LED means the block empty , and LED color yellow condition Ready / standby. so the authors develop it by adding Telemetry Monitoring Tool Availability of Oxygen Medical Gas Installationusing 2 LDR as a sensor capturing light from the LED indicator that contained in the central gas, and is equipped with a module GSM for sending message when the LDR sensor is exposed to light LED and equipped with LCD microcontrollers system 328(Arduino), as a moderator to enable modem for sending message. Monitoring tool availability of oxygen to the central medical gas installation can work well when simulating for being is able to send SMS via module GSM SIM800L toward Mobile when LDR is exposed to light LED indicator . Keywords : Gas Medis, Oksigen, Lcd, Arduino Instalasi gas medik merupakan salah satu perangkat penunjang dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Sentral gas menggunakan sistem sentral tabung gas dengan kapasitas 2x jumlah tabung yang bisa dipasang (contoh 1 sisi dengan 8 tabung ,maka dinyatakan berkapasitas 2x8 tabung), dengan sistem terangkai double row (dua sayap) dengan bekerja secara bergantian. Prinsip kerja dari alat sentral gas medik adalah memberi suplai tekanan gas ke ruangan yang menggunakan instalasi sentral gas dengan tekanan tertentu. Sentral gas sebelumnya sudah dirancang dengan menggunakan indikator berupa beberapa lampu LED indikator,hijau berarti Blok sedang digunakan, sedangkan LED warna merah berarti Blok dalam keadaan kosong, dan LED warna kuning kondisi Siap pakai/standby.Maka penulis mengembangkan dengan menambahkan Telemetri Alat Monitoring Ketersedian Oksigen Pada Instalasi gas medik yang mengunakan 2 buah LDR(Light Dependent Resistor) sebagai sensor penangkap cahaya dari LED indikator merah yang terdapat pada sentral gas, dan dilengkapi dengan sebuah modul GSM untuk pengiriman sms pada saat sensor LDR terkena cahaya LED dan di lengkapi dengan LCD dan memamfaatkan sistem mikrokontroler 328 (Arduino), sebagai moderator yang mengaktifkan modem untuk mengirim pesan. Alat monitoring ketersedian oksigen pada instalasi central gas medik dapat berkerja dengan baik pada saat simulasi karena mampu mengirim SMS melalui modul GSM SIM800L menuju Handphone ketika LDR terkena cahaya LED Indikator.. Kata kunci : Gas Medik, Oksigen, Lcd, Arduino.
