Abstract
This research discusses about how the measurement of a company's performance is PT SixAB Tehnik Industri using Balance Scorecard method. PT SixAB Tehnik Industri is a company engaged in trading services and supply machine spare parts located in the area of Gunung Sindur - Bogor newly established for 4 years. In measuring the performance of PT SixAB Tehnik Industri is still use the traditional way that is only seen from the financial side that is based on income. Performance measurement that is only based on the financial side alone is not enough to reflect the actual performance of the company so that more comprehensive performance measurement methods are needed as a benchmark for achieving the company's target. This thesis aims to determine how big the performance of PT SixAB Tehnik Industri based on Balanced Scorecard method. This method considers both financial and nonfinancial performance in measuring performance where there are four measured perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. Thus, the Balanced Scorecard can be used to measure performance in a comprehensive way and ultimately the company can get a picture of its performance accurately. The calculation of the four balanced scorecard perspectives is aided using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and also Objective Matrix (OMAX) calculations. The result of this research is the value of the total performance index company’s of 7.07. According to the traffic light system on OMAX, the value is in the green category and shows that the performance of PT SixAB Tehnik Industri as a whole has reached the expected performance. Key Words : PT SixAB Tehnik Industri, Performance, Balanced Scorecard Penelitian tugas akhir ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengukuran kinerja sebuah perusahaan yaitu PT SixAB Tehnik Industri menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard. PT SixAB Tehnik Industri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan jasa dan supply sparepart mesin yang berada di kawasan Gunung Sindur - Bogor yang baru berdiri selama 4 tahun. Dalam pengukuran kinerjanya PT SixAB Tehnik Industri masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu hanya melihat dari sisi keuangan saja yaitu berdasarkan pendapatan. Pengukuran kinerja yang hanya berdasarkan sisi keuangan saja tidaklah cukup mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan sesungguhnya sehingga dibutuhkan metode pengukuran kinerja yang lebih komprehensif sebagai tolak ukur pencapaian target perusahaan. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kinerja PT SixAB Tehnik Industri berdasarkan metode Balanced Scorecard. Metode ini mempertimbangkan kinerja dari sisi finansial dan nonfinansial dalam pengukuran kinerjanya dimana terdapat empat prespektif yang diukur, yaitu prespektif keuangan, prespektif pelanggan, prespektif proses bisnis internal serta prespektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, Balanced Scorecard dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja secara kompherensif dan pada akhirnya perusahaan dapat memperoleh gambaran mengenai performansinya secara akurat. Perhitungan terhadap keempat prespektif Balanced Scorecard tersebut dibantu menggunakan perhitungan Analytical Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) dan juga Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks total kinerja perusahaan sebesar 7.07. Sesuai traffic light system pada OMAX, nilai tersebut berada pada kategori hijau dan menunjukan bahwa kinerja PT SixAB Tehnik Industri secara keseluruhan telah mencapai performansi yang diharapkan.
