Abstract
ABSTRAK Genset testing process is the final stage in the assembly of generator or repairing a genset machine. In this process, the generator set will be gradually loaded according to the power capacity of each machine. However on the load bank test machine is controlled by manually switching using mcb and mccb. This potentially damages tools especially mcb and mccb because of repeated switching. In addition to the varied loads are diverse and manually controlled to make the stability of loading is disrupted. Therefore, to keep the machine's lifetime and to facilitate the operation of the loading process, a simulation of control system using Arduino Uno and relay was designed. The control system simulation is designed by implementing binary logic as a combination of loads operated using switch or push buttons. Keywords: Load Bank Test, Control System, Arduino Uno, Binery Logic ABSTRAK Proses pengujian genset merupakan tahap akhir pada proses pembuatan maupun perbaikan pada sebuah mesin genset. Pada proses ini, mesin genset akan diberikan pembebanan secara bertahap sesuai dengan kapasitas power dari tiap-tiap mesin. Namun pada mesin load bank test pengaturan beban dikendalikan dengan switching secara manual menggunakan mcb dan mccb. Hal ini berpotensi merusak alat terutama mcb dan mccb karena switching secara berulang-ulang. Selain itu dengan variasi beban yang beragam dan dikendalikan manual membuat kestabilan pembebanan terganggu. Oleh karena itu untuk menjaga usia pakai mesin kendali dan memudahkan operasi pada proses pembebanan, dirancanglah simulasi sistem kendali menggunakan Arduino Uno dan relay. Simulasi sistem kendali dirancang dengan mengimplementasikan logic biner sebagai kombinasi beban yang dioperasikan melalui tombol atau push button.
