Abstract

ABSTRACT Designing Monitoring of IOT-Based Egg Enrichment Machine (Internet Of Things) with ESP8266 and Web Server The development of internet technology today is causing the work that used human power or manually now becomes automatic with modern equipment that is completely automated Using the Internet Of Things to provide services to the community In general, incubator egg hatchery is still using simple equipment such as boxes filled with husks and sand , then the eggs to be hatched are placed therein other than that there is also an egg incubator that uses oil and electric lamps as the heater commonly called a combination hatch machine. Although already using electric power but the temperature control is still using human power and have not used the control system automatically Using the Internet Of Things. Based on existing problems, can be built a chicken egg hatchery tool that can be controlled with a web server. The built tool is a tool of temperature and humidity detection on egg incubator machine that utilizes Internet Of Things technology. From the research, it was found that this chicken egg penetration monitoring system utilizing DHT-22 temperature sensor and NodeMcu ESP8266 Microcontroller has been successfully built with 370C-380C and 40%-53% humidity. This egg penetration monitoring system can be controlled with Web servers that connect to the Internet network on the Ubidots Web Server remotely and in real time. Webserver Ubidots ABSTARAK Rancang Bangun Monitoring Mesin Inkubator Penetas Telur Berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things) dengan ESP8266 dan Web Server Perkembangan teknologi internet saat ini menyebabkan pekerjaan yang dahulunya menggunakan tenaga manusia atau secara manual sekarang menjadi otomatis dengan peralatan modern yang serba otomatis Menggunakan Internet Of Things memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Pada umumnya inkubator penetas telur ayam ini masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana seperti kotak yang diisi sekam dan pasir, kemudian telur-telur yang akan ditetaskan diletakkan didalamnya selain itu ada juga inkubator telur yang menggunakan lampu minyak dan listrik sebagai pemanasnya yang biasa disebut mesin tetas kombinasi. Walaupun sudah menggunakan tenaga listrik akan tetapi pengontrolan suhu masih menggunakan tenaga manusia dan belum menggunakan sistem pengontrol secara otomatis Menggunakan Internet Of Things. Berdasarkan pemasalahan yang ada, dapat dibangun suatu alat penetas telur ayam yang dapat di kontrol dengan web server. Alat yang dibangun merupakan alat pendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban pada Mesin Inkubator penetas telur yang memanfaatkan teknologi Internet Of Things. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan didapatkan bahwa sistem Monitoring penetas telur ayam ini yang memanfaatkan sensor suhu DHT-22 dan Mikrokontroler NodeMcu ESP8266 telah berasil dibangun dengan suhu 370C-380C dan Kelembaban 40%-53%. Sistem Monitoring penetas telur ini dapat dikontrol dengan Web Server yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet pada Web Server Ubidots secara jarak jauh dan secara real Time.
