Abstract

ABSTRACT The more important a dwelling, the government has a program that facilitates the community to have a residence with a relatively affordable price for low income people. Housing Pesona Lebak Wangi is one of the housing built by the government as a supporter of low-income residents. The method used is Quantitative Qualitative Method, Some buildings that have been in changing conditions cause the effect of changes on the elements of the facade indirectly (some / some) as well as the whole, ie on some elements of the facade such as: Shape Doors, windows, Color walls, Roof , Building ornaments and others. Housing lebak wangi charm at this time can not be regarded as a residential area characterized by old buildings. This is because the more dominant buildings that have changed the facade of the building, so it looks contrast and different from the original building facade. Keyword: Residence, Facades ABSTRAK Semakin pentingnya sebuah hunian, pemerintah mempunyai program yang memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk mempunyai hunian dengan harga yang relatif terjangkau untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Perumahan Pesona Lebak Wangi ini merupakan salah satu perumahan yang dibangun oleh pemerintah sebagai penunjang kebutuhan hunian masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kualitatif kuantitatif, Beberapa bangunan yang telah dalam kondisi berubah menimbulkan efek perubahan pada elemen fasad secara tidak langsung (beberapa/sebagian) maupun keseluruhan, yaitu pada beberapa elemen-elemen fasad diantaranya:Bentuk Pintu, jendela, Warna dinding, Atap ,Ornamen bangunan dan lainnya. Perumahan pesona lebak wangi saat ini terbilang belum dapat menjadi kawasan permukiman yang berkarakter dari bangunan lamanya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan lebih dominannya bangunan yang telah merubah fasad bangunan, sehingga terlihat kontras dan berbeda dari fasad bangunan asli nya. Kata Kunci: Perumahan, fasad
