Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Pedagogic Competence on the Competence of Student Attitudes at SMAN 78 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach a causality relationship between variables. Data collection technique through questionnaire and pre-research survey with sample 68 Teachers at SMAN 78 Jakarta using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Analysis Method using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study prove not all variables in teacher pedagogic competence direct influence on Competence Attitude Learners. 2 of 3 The variables studied have direct effect on the students that is variable X1 Know Characteristics and X3 variables Potential Development. The result of competence Attitudes of the strongest Learners is Social Attitude, but simultaneously to the three variables have an influence on Competence Attitude Learners. Variable Development Potential Educative Participants have the greatest influence on the Competence of Social attitudes. Suggestions in this research, Pedagogic Competencies Know Characteristics can be achieved by teachers by identifying Characteristics and providing equal opportunities in learning activities. Potential Development Competencies can be achieved by the teacher by giving attention to each individual, focusing on the interaction and encouraging to understand and use the information conveyed. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap Kompetensi Sikap Peserta Didik di SMAN 78 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif suatu hubungan kausalitas antar variabel. Tehnik pengambilan data melalui angket dan survei pra riset dengan jumlah sampel 68 Guru di SMAN 78 Jakarta memakai tehnik nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Metode Analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan tidak semua variabel dalam kompetensi pedagogik Guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kompetensi Sikap Peserta Didik. 2 dari 3 Variabel yang diteliti berpengaruh langsung terhadap siswa yaitu variabel X1 Mengenal Karakteristik dan variabel X3 Pengembangan Potensi. Hasil kompetensi Sikap Peserta Didik paling kuat adalah Sikap Sosial, namun secara simultan ke tiga variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Sikap Peserta Didik. Variabel Pengembangan Potensi Peserta Didik memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap Kompetensi sikap Sosial. Saran dalam penelitian ini, Kompetensi Pedagogik Mengenal Karakteristik dapat dicapai oleh guru dengan cara melakukan identifikasi Karakteristik dan memberikan kesempatan yang sama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kompetensi Pengembangan Potensi dapat dicapai oleh guru dengan cara memberikan perhatian kepada setiap individu, memusatkan perhatian pada interaksi dan mendorong untuk memahami dan menggunakan informasi yang disampaikan. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik Mengenal Karakteristik, Pengembangan Kurikulum, Pengembangan Potensi, Kompetensi Sikap Peserta Didik.
