Abstract

Kebersihan lingkungan merupakan suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk menjaga alam sekitar. Salah satu contohnya dengan membuang sampah di tempat sampah. Selama ini banyak orang membuang sampah tidak pada tempatnya, karena hampir kebanyakan orang merasa malas ketika ingin membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Rasa malas muncul karena jika ingin membuang sampah pada tempat sampah harus terlebih dahulu membuka tutup tong sampah, itulah yang membuat malas karena tutup tong sampah sangat kotor dan bau. Dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner 30 respoden menyatakan 30% responden menyatakan tempat sampah sekarang ini belum ergonomis, 50% adanya otomatis buka tutup pada tempat sampah 20% adanya fitur tambahan gambar karakter pada tempat sampahnya. Dari permasalahan tersebut, tujuan peneliti yaitu merancang produk tempat sampah otomatis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen melalui pendekatan House Of Qualiity (HOQ). Dari hasil pendekatan House Of Quality (HOQ) diketahui 5 atribut pernyataan memiliki nilai relative importance yang berbeda - beda, yaitu pada atribut memiliki roda yang dikendalikan lewat smart phone mendapat nilai tertingg yaitu 27%, buka tutup otomatis 26%, harga yang terjangkau 19%, kapasitas tempat sampah 10 liter 12% dan bentuk tabung bulat 16%. Nilai yang di dapat masing – masing atribut menunjukan bahawa konsumen menginginkan adanya inovasi pada tempat sampah terutama adanya buka tutup otomatis dan roda yang dikendalikan lewat smart phone. Dan tahap akhir dari ukuran yang didapat di buat dalam sebuah desain dan direalisasikan dalam bentuk prototype. Kata Kunci : Kuisoner, Tempat Sampah, House Of Quality (HOQ). Environmental hygiene is a matter of note to keep the natural surroundings. One example is to throw garbage in the trash. During this time many people throw garbage out of place, because most people feel lazy when want to throw garbage in place. Lazy sense because if you want to throw garbage in the trash must first open the lid of the trash can, that's what makes lazy because the trash can is very dirty and smelly. From the results of the 30 respondents' questionnaires, 30% of respondents stated that the garbage bin is not ergonomic yet, 50% of the auto-open cover in the garbage 20% of the additional feature of the character image in the trash. From these problems, the aim of the researcher is to design an automated dump product according to customer needs through House Of Qualiity (HOQ) approach. From the House Of Quality (HOQ) approach, it is known that 5 attribute statements have different relative importance values, that is, the attributes of having the wheels controlled through the smart phone get the highest score of 27%, open the 26% automatic lid, the affordable price 19% , 10 liters of waste capacity 12% and round shape tube 16%. The value attributable to each - each attribute indicates that consumers want an innovation in the trash, especially the open automatic lid and the wheels are controlled via smart phone.
