Abstract

The study aims to describe and analyze the impact of leverage, growth of company, investment decision to firm value. The research was conducted in the plantation sub-sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the observation year period 2009-2014. This research population are all plantation company sub- sector in IDX, while the sampling technique using purposive sampling method found 8 plantation companies as samples.. This study uses panel data regression model with fixed effect model as data estimation technique. The result of this study showed that leverage has negative significant influence to firm value. Growth of Company by asset growth has positif influence but not significant to Firm Value. Growth of company by sales growth ratio has negative influence but not significant to Firm Value. Investment decision has negative but not significant influence to firm value. Keywords: Leverage, Growth of Company, Investment Decision, Firm Value
