Abstract
Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation (NTC) is a company engaged in manufacturing automotive components. The high report delay shortage, not achieving the target production and a high average overtime per man power indicates that the NTC decreased productivity. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the productivity of the company. Measurement of productivity of the company will provide information to identify problems that occur in the company. The aim of this study is to counting weight the ratio-ratio of effect on productivity, measure the productivity index and provide recommendations for improvement. In determining the ratios using AHP , gained 5 ratio affects productivity with a weight range of 6.6 % to 37 % . Productivity measurement method used is the method Objective Matrix (Omax) . The analysis showed that the department's productivity index stamping highest 1B line acquired in June 2015 amounted to 784.9 . Stamping department's productivity is not in accordance with the target company so that it takes effort to increase productivity . After analyzing the causal use fishbone diagram obtained by improving productivity stamping department employees with skills training , relayout Store and SOP.
