Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the direct effect of Hygiene Factors, Motivating Factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in this research is the employee level staff Store Informa MAG. Taking sampling technique using simple random technique with a number of respondents as many as 130 employees. Collecting data using questionnaires. Processing the data using path analysis method. The result indicates that Hygiene Factors direct impact on job satisfaction with the strong influence of 0.793, and Job Satisfaction direct impact on OCB with strong influence by 0.967. Motivating Factors no significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB, and a direct influence of hygiene factors on OCB can be eliminated because of the strong influence only 0.038. Keywords: Hygiene Factors, Motivating Factors, Job Satisfaction and OCB Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung Hygiene Factors, Motivating Factors terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan level staf Toko Informa MAG. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik acak sederhana dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 130 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisa jalur. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Hygiene Factors berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan kuat pengaruh sebesar 0.793, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap OCB dengan kuat pengaruh sebesar 0.967. Motivating Factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan OCB karena tidak signifikan, dan pengaruh langsung Hygiene Factors terhadap OCB dapat dihilangkan karena kuat pengaruh hanya 0.038.
