Abstract
Regional Autonomy intended that each region can be independent in conducting regional development in the form of capital costs in order to increase the area of fixed assets. The purpose of this study is examines the effect of Deconcentration Fund which include The General Allocation Fund, The Special Allocation Fund, and Original Income Area on the Society Income of the District/City in Gorontalo Province. The population in this research are 6 (six) District/Cities in Gorontalo Province in 2008–2014 by using total sampling technique. The data of general allocation fund, specific allocation fund, and original income area was obtained while, the data of society income was obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (Statistics Indonesia of The Republic of Indonesia). Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. These results indicate that deconcentration fund and original income area have a significant effect simultaneously on the society income. The partial test results showed that the general allocation fund has a positive effect on the society income. While the special allocation fund and original income area are not significant effect by the society income. Keyword: deconcentration fund, the general allocation fund, society income. Otonomi Daerah bertujuan agar setiap daerah dapat mandiri dalam melakukan pembangunan daerahnya dalam bentuk biaya modal guna menambah aset tetap daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Dana Dekonsentrasi yang meliputi Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) serta Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Pendapatan Masyarakat di Kabupaten / Kota Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 6 (enam) Kabupaten / Kota di Provinsi Gorontali tahun 2008–2014 dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data DAU, DAK dan PAD data pendapatan masyarakat diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dana dekonsentrasi dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Hasil pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Dana Dekonsentrasi, Dana Alokasi Umum, Pendapatan Masyarakat.
