Abstract
This study was a descriptive quanttitative study of the influence of the variables of work motivation, training and leadership development of principals and teachers performance. The research objective was to find out how much influence the work motivation, training and leadership development of principals and teachers on the performance of the Foundation School of the Holy Cross in Bandung. Significance was measured by the method of correlation and inter-dimentional correlation matrix of variables studied. Data obtained based on an assessment of the respondents and the answers of 52 respondents. The results of data analysis showed that the influence of significant and positive relationship with the performance of the work motivation of teachers. There was a significant and positive effect between training and development of teacher’s performance. There was a significant influence between the leadership of school pricipals with teacher’s performance. This study shows that three variables have a relationship and a significant effect on teacher’s performance variables. Keywords: Motivation, Training and Development, Leadership, performance of teacher’s Studi ini melakukan kajian deskriptif kuantitatif dari pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Yayasan Salib Suci Bandung. Signifikansi itu diukur dengan metode korelasi dan matriks korelasi antar dimensi dari variabel yang diteliti. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan satu penilaian dan jawaban para responden dari 52 responden. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan dan hubungan yang positif motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja guru. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel penelitian memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru.
