Abstract
This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of education on student satisfaction at Mercu Buana University graduate programs, 2) To determine the effect of education on student satisfaction at Mercu Buana University graduate programs, and 3) To determine the effect of education quality and education services to the satisfaction of students in graduate programs Mercu Buana University. The research method used was causal, with the unit of analysis students Graduate Program Master of Management. The sampling method used convinience sampling. The quality of education, educational services and student satisfaction was measured using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the result,it can be concluded that the quality of education and educational services have positive influence on student satisfaction level of Mercu Buana University, Magister of Management UMB both partial test and simultaneons test. Keywords: Quality Education, Education Services and Student Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada program pascasarjana Universitas Mercu Buana, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada program pascasarjana Universitas Mercu Buana, dan 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pendidikan dan pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada program pascasarjana Universitas Mercu Buana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal, dengan unit analisis mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen. Metode sampling yang digunakan convinience sampling. Kualitas pendidikan, Pelayanan pendidikan dan kepuasan mahasiswa diukur dengan mengunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengujian data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Kualitas pendidikan .dan Pelayanan pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Magister Manajemen Universitas mercu Buana secara uji parsial(uji t) maupun uji bersama(uji f). Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pendidikan, Pelayanan Pendidikan dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa
