Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was about description of credit policy, procedure, and credit solving problem with study case at PT. X Finance. The purchase of this research is how to know the policy of credit, the procedure of credit, and the solving if credit problem was found. The research was using of the description qualitative. The result of this research are the policy of credit and the procedure at PT. X Finance effectively worked and credit solving problem showing the way to minimize the risk and potential losses.
