Abstract
Applications Work order and report Axis to the NOC at the PT Masindo Utama Nusantara is a comprehensive information database of inputting it to be a daily report prepared in the process. The performance of the old system is still not optimal because the processing is still done manually.Therefore PT Masindo services become less effective and efficient, because the media was slowing down the data service processes client performance. Work order Web-based applications is easier for staff and client noc in and request for information, and speeding up the SPV NOC daily reports in the making of this site are modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams include the Use Cae, acitivity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The end result of this paper is the design and implementation of a work order and report Applications Web-based, which in this application directly input staff can create work orders wherever, and whenever. Application is a web-based work order and built using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database is implemented by modeling waterfall. Aplikasi Work order & report AXIS untuk NOC di PT Masindo utama nusantara adalah suatu informasi yang menyeluruh dari hal penginputan database hingga menjadi report harian yang siap di proses Adapun kinerja sistem yang lama masih belum optimal karena pengolahannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu pelayanan di PT masindo menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, karena media pelayanan data memperlambat jalannya proses kinerja client. Aplikasi Work order berbasis Web ini mempermudah staff noc & klient dalam dan permohonan informasi, serta mempercepat SPV NOC dalam pembuatan report harian Web ini dimodelkan dengan UML (Unified Modeling Languange) meliputi Use Cae Diagram, Acitivity Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Class Diagram. Hasil akhir dari penulisan ini adalah rancangan dan implementasi Aplikasi work order & report Berbasis Web, dimana di dalam aplikasi ini staff dapat menginput langsung membuat work order dimanapun , dan kapanpun . Aplikasi work order ini berbasis web dan bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan MySql sebagai database dengan pemodelan yang diterapkan adalah waterfall.
