Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variable yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini yaitu Motivas Kualitas, Motivasi Karir dan Motivasi Gelar Mahasiswa Akuntansi terhadap Minat Berkarir dalam Bidang Perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Para mahasiswa/I Universitas Mercu Buana, Universitas Trisakti dan Universitas Esa Unggul. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kualitas berpengaruh terhadap minat berkarir dalam bidang perpajakan, motivasi karir berpengrauh rendah terhadap minat berkarir dalam bidang perpajakan, motivasi gelar berpengaruh rendah terhadap minat berkarir dalam bidang perpajakan..This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of each variable used in this empirically is Motivas Quality, Motivation and Career Motivation Interests Degree Accounting Students to Careers in the Field of Taxation. This study uses the survey data collection. Samples were students / I Mercu Buana University, Trisakti University and the University of Esa Unggul. Research data analysis using multiple linear analysis using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study showed that motivation affect the interest of the quality of a career in the field of taxation, career motivation berpengrauh low against a career interest in the field of taxation, low motivation affect title to the interest of a career in the field of taxation.
