Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan CAR, ROA dan LDR baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap harga saham pada bank yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 -2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari Perusahan perbankan yang sudah Go Public dan listing di Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) pada periode pengamatan 2012 hingga periode 2014 sebanyak 20 perusahaan perbankan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini CAR, ROA dan LDR merupakan variabel bebas, sedangkan harga saham merupakan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada bank yang tercatat di BEI periode 2012-2014. Perubahan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada bank yang tercatat di BEI periode 2012-2014. Perubahan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada bank yang tercatat di BEI periode 2012- 2014. Perubahan variabel CAR, ROA dan LDR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada bank yang tercatat di BEI periode 2012- 2014.This study aimed to analyze the effects of changes in CAR, ROA and LDR both partially and simultaneously to the stock price on the bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. The sample used in this study are the financial statements of the Company that has Go Public banking and listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) on the observation period 2012 to 2014 period as many as 20 companies banking with purposive sampling technique. In this study CAR, ROA and LDR is the independent variable, while the stock price is the dependent variable. Based on the results showed that the change of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had no significant effect on stock prices at a bank listed on IDX 2012-2014. Changes Return on Assets (ROA) significantly affects the price of shares in a bank that is listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Changes Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) no significant effect on the stock price on the bank listed on IDX 2012-2014. Changes in the variable CAR, ROA and LDR simultaneously significant effect on stock prices at a bank listed on IDX 2012 -2014.
