Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel penelitian adalah 15 perusahaan yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t, dan regresi linear berganda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio (X1), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2), Return On Asset (X3) sebagai variabel independen dan Return saham sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Secara parsial Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.This research was conducted to examine the effect of variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) of stock returns on the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange the periode 2012-2015. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and the total sample is 15 companies were determined through purposive sampling method. Methods of hypothesis testing using the F test, t test, and multiple linear regression. This research use Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset as independent variable and Stock Return as dependent variable. The result of this research is the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Asset (ROA) effect on stock returns. Partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) effect on stock return. While Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on stock returns.
