Abstract
Kegiatan merancang kawasan permukiman merupakan salah satu upaya yang dibutuhkan oleh pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan perumahan dan permukiman rakyat sebelum memasuki tahap pembangunan. Merencanakan sebuah desain kawasan permukiman dapat dilakukan oleh biro perencanaan (konsultan perencana) yang berkompeten didalam bidangnya yang didalamnya banyak terlibat para tenaga ahli dalam bidang arsitektur, tata lingkungan, perkotaan serta ahli sipil. Sebagai mahasiswa teknik arsitektur dituntut untuk mampu menjalani tahapan-tahapan perencanaan bidang arsitektur baik didalam proyek landed housing maupun high rise building. Didalam laporan ini penulis mencoba menyajikan berbagai tahapan yang dapat dilakukan didalam merencanakan sebuah kawasan permukiman serta desain kawasan perumahan tipe premium dikawasan BSD Tangerang yang dikelola oleh salah satu pengembang besar di Indonesia SINARMAS LAND Tbk.The activities of designing residential area is one of the efforts required by the government to solve the problems of housing and settlement of the people before entering the stage of development. Planning for a design of residential areas can be done by the planning bureau (planning consultants) who are competent in the field who are involved in it are many experts in the field of architecture, environmental planning, urban as well as civilian experts. As a student of architectural engineering is required to undergo a planning stages both in the architectural field landed housing projects and high rise buildings. In this report the author tries to present the various phases that can be done in planning a residential area as well as the design of the type of premium residential neighborhood BSD Tangerang region managed by one of the major developers in Indonesia SINARMAS LAND Tbk.
